4C’s members are covered by one of the Contracts listed below.

Please note these Contracts have been modified by the 2011 4C’s Concession Agreement and extended until June 30, 2016. See the 4C’s Memorandum of Agreement 2011-2016 .

4C’s Contract

  • All 4C’s faculty at all colleges
  • 4C’s ACLs at non-merged colleges
 Merged Contract

  • 4C’s ACLs at the 5 merged colleges
  • AFSCME administrators at the merged colleges

  • Adjuncts teaching up to 8 credits/semester
  • EAs employed less than 20 hrs/wk
