Finance Committee

Finance Chair: Lorraine Li

In accordance with the 4C's Constitution, the Finance Committee is composed of a minimum of six members. President Steve Cohen and Comptroller Tony Scott are both ex-officio non-voting members.

The Finance Committee provides oversight of the fiduciary, budget, and investment process of the 4C's. It reviews and recommends policy for adoption by the Executive Board. It implements and monitors approved policies. It guarantees that there is an open, full, and complete accounting of all Congress fiduciary, budget, and investment matters. It provides to the Executive Board and the Delegate Assembly periodic reports on the state of the Congress' finances.
