A memorandum from the state Retirement Services Division to the heads of State Agencies addresses the most immediate steps  towards implementation of the retirement changes called for by the 2011 SEBAC Agreement. The Retirement Services Division is in the process of revising forms, drafting summary plan descriptions and implementing processes for the administration of this Agreement.

4C's members who participate in the Alternate Retirement Plan (ARP) will have a one time opportunity to switch to a new hybrid plan. We are following developments closely and will pass along information about this new retirement option as it becomes available.
