Your voice is critically important to the 4Cs. That's why we have emailed a survey to all 4Cs members. The survey is completely anonymous. We are seeking candid responses and comments – whether positive or not. The purpose of this survey is to gauge your satisfaction with the representation you are receiving from your 4Cs Union. It will help guide Union leadership's roles and goals, establish priorities, and determine overall direction of YOUR UNION.

Your answers will clarify what you expect from 4Cs leadership at the Chapter and State level. The survey is also designed to help us understand what motivates our members to become involved with Union activities.
