A Member Organizer (MO) is a 4Cs member who actively contributes to, leads, and champions our locals’ mission of organizing workers. A MO has a clear understanding of how essential organizing is to maintaining our contract standards and lifting up worker standards across higher education. A Member Organizer is able to communicate, motivate, recruit and mobilize members in our union and workers outside of our union to participate in organizing efforts and campaigns.

This Summer 2022, 4Cs is seeking to Adjunct Member Organizers from our current adjunct faculty membership to lead organizing campaigns for current union and non-union adjunct faculty and non-tenure track faculty in higher education.
