The agreement includes compensation for faculty, full and part-time, that complete iTeach between Spring 2020 to August 2023. Additionally, the agreement outlines alternate means for faculty to demonstrate proficiency, and exceptions to the iTeach requirement for faculty with no reasonable expectation of ever teaching online.
We won this agreement by actively writing President Maduko, testifying at the BOR, sharing our stories, and demanding we get treated equitably and with respect. Despite a very long and painful process, this agreement yet again shows that when we stand together and fight, we win!
