SEIU supports the strong commitment of its leaders and staff to the highest ethical standards in all their dealings on behalf of the membership. An ethical culture is an essential part of SEIU's identity and its mission of justice for all.
All members should read the SEIU Code of Ethics. If you believe there is a violation of the policy or if you simply have a question about the policy, you can reach out to either the 4Cs Ethics Liaison or the SEIU Ethics Ombudsman listed below.
4Cs Ethics Liaison: John Jagtiani
SEIU Ethics Ombudsman: Ethics@SEIU.org
Our ethics policies require each officer, executive board member, and staff person of SEIU receives training on SEIU's Ethics Code. Such training can be accomplished using our Ethics Digital Education Tool (“EDET”). To obtain a link to the EDET, or for questions related to Ethics Code training, please contact Confidential Ethics Program Manager Tiffany Morris at tiffany.morris@seiu.org.
